BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that appeals to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, and is ideal for anyone looking to get the best possible results in the shortest time. It is favored by those who are bored by an individual weights program and by Group Fitness fans who recognize the need to add some weight training to their routine.

BODYFLOW™ combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates and is designed for those looking to improve general fitness, relax and reduce stress, increase mental clarity and get a sense of well-being. It requires low-level coordination and is particularly popular with the more mature market.

BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step-based cardio workout that uses a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Featuring cardio blocks that push fat burning into high gear followed by muscle-conditioning tracks that shape and tone the body, BODYSTEP™ is ideal for anyone looking for an enjoyable way to increase fitness.

BODYCOMBAT™ is the unique, Martial Arts-based workout that’s designed for individuals looking to boost cardio fitness and benefit from total body conditioning. BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. BarreOne is a ballet-inspired toning and flexibility workout using hand weights, balls, and where available, a ballet barre. Get the dancer's body you've always wanted. Great for all fitness levels.

Zumba is like no other workout you will ever experience. The 45-minute program incorporates footwork and body movements from flamenco, salsa and other dances. Participants pump their legs, windmill their arms, gyrate their hips, clap their hands, dip, slide and spin — all to a frenzied beat that leaves them with flushed cheeks and dripping in sweat.

Range of Motion
Increase muscular strength and improve your range of movement with Silver Sneakers. Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement and skills that are important for an active lifestyle! Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and standing support, stretching and relaxation.

AF Seniors
Keep your heart healthy with this low-impact aerobic senior workout program designed for all fitness levels. Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and agility, and to support the skills required for your daily life activities. We incorporate a chair into the workout for standing and seated support – enabling you to push yourself as far as you want.
